    Day 7: Jodhpur      (B, D)
Half day tour of Jodhpur. Visit, Mehrangarh Fort Magnificent Mehrangarh, one of Rajasthan's finest forts, looks down protectively over the city, from the hilltop. The fort is situated at an altitude of about 125 metres and is spread over an area of 5 sq. km with seven gates. Jaswant Thada is an architectural landmark found in Jodhpur. It is a white marble memorial built by Sardar Singh in 1899 in memory of Maharja Jaswant Singh II. The monument, in its entirety, is built out of intricately carved sheets of marble. These  stones are extremely  thin and  polished so that  they  emit a warm glow when the sun's rays dance across their surface Within this

.cenotaph, there are also two more tombs. The Jaswant Thada is a traditional cremation ground of Jodhpur rulers. The grounds are also comprised of exquisitely carved gazebos, a beautiful multi-tiered garden, and a small lake. Umaid Bhawan Palace The romantic looking Umaid Bhawan Palace was actually built with the purpose of giving employment to the people of Jodhpur during a long drawn famine & now houses a the museum. Clock Tower It is a popular landmark in the lively old city and a wonderful place to simply ramble around. The vibrant Sadar market is close to the tower and offers a wide range of handicrafts.     Day 8: Jodhpur - Mt. Abu

After breakfast drive to Mt.Abu (254 Kms./4 hours drive). Mt. Abu situated at a average height of 1,219 mtr's above sea level is the oasis in the deserted land of Rajasthan and posses the honor of being the only hill-station in Rajasthan. Every year more then three million national and international tourists visit mount abu enjoying its scenic beauty, rich flora & fauna as well as the marble art of delwara jain temples.  On arrival check-in at the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Dinner & overnight at hotel.

    Day 9: Mt. Abu     
Mt. Abu is more than just a summer retreat. Dilwara Temple Dedicated to the Jain Saints or Tirthankars they are a religious sanctuary where the business of the carving manages to induce a feeling of tranquility. Nakki Lake The Gods, it is believed, dug out the lake at Mt. Abu using their nails hence it’s name, Nakki Lake. Guru Shikhar Known as the saint’s pinnacle is the highest peak of the Aravallis rising upto 1772  meters above sea level. Jain Temple The majestic fort  built   by   Rana   Kumbha  of   Mewar  in  the 14th  century   houses   some magnificent

temples such as Achleshwar Mahadev (1412 AD) and Kantinath Jain Temple (1513AD). Enjoy beautiful sunset at Mt. Abu. Dinner & overnight at the hotel.

 
 
    Day 10: Mt Abu - Udaipur

After breakfast we drive to Udaipur (185 Kms/3 hours drive). On arrival check in at the hotel. In the evening enjoy boating of Lake Pichola. Proceed to the magnificent sound and light show at City Palace. Dinner & overnight at the hotel.

    Day 11: Udaipur

Take an full day sight seeing tour of city covering City Palace Crystal Gallery and Vintage Car Museum Sahelion Ki Bari (Garden of the Maids of Honour), a small ornamental garden with fountains, once the site for royal picnics and the impressive Gulab Bagh (Rose garden). Bharatiya Lok Kala Museum houses a very interesting collection of Rajasthani folk art costumes, paintings, folk deities, musical instruments, masks, dolls and weapons. The puppet collection is particularly fascinating. Pratap Smarak a memorial to Maharana Pratap is located  on  top of  Moti  Magri (Pearl Hill), which overlooks  the  Fateh

Sagar Lake.The Jagdish Temple built in 1651 by Maharana Jagat Singh is located within easy walking distance from the Palace gate.  Dinner & overnight at the hotel.
 
 
    Day 12: Udaipur

In the morning we drop you at Udaipur airport/station. End of tour.
